Payment

A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date and the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event. We will also require a breakage deposit of £50.00 with the final balance and this will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of the event.

 

Travel Fees

For services provided within a 20 mile radius of Hornchurch,Essex RM12 travel fees are included in the hire cost. For events outside this area there is an additional travel fee of 30p per mile.

 

Candy Cart Dimensions

Please note that it is the clients responsibility to ensure there is adequate space and access for us to be able to deliver and set up the Cart/Shack.

 

Cancellation Charges

Should you need to cancel your booking with us the following charges will apply:

• Within 4 weeks of the event - 50% of total cost

• Within 2 weeks of the event - 100% of the total cost

• The £50.00 breakage deposit will be fully refunded

 

Hire Safety Information

Please be advised that some sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils, they may also have been in contact with products and sweets containing nuts. Candy Magic cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies.

 

Customers should ensure that young children are supervised at all times to avoid the risk of suffocation or choking from plastic sweet wrappers or plastic bags and extra care should be taken when consuming lollipops or sweets that may contain a sharp stem as they can be sharp and cause harm to those of a young age.

 

Customers should also be aware that there are many E numbers in most sweets and this can have a considerable effect on childrens behaviour. Candy Magic cannot be responsible for this change as we do not make the confectionary ourselves, but we can supply you with this information upon request once you have chosen your sweets for your event.

 

Candy Magic can not be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of our equipment or consumption of our confectionary at your event.
